Our comprehensive multi-target kit includes one assay solution and two qualitative controls, specifically designed to target the following ESR1 mutations: E380Q, S463P, L536H/R/P, Y537C/S/N, and D538G. To ensure precision and reliability, the kit also provides a wild-type ESR1 control and a 10% mutant control. Contains enough material for 50 reactions.
